budget for natural gas purchases and revenues.

The Gas Authority performs studies of each Member to determine supply and
capacity needs for the future.

Design Assistance
The Gas Authority assists Members in system rate design.

Development
The Gas Authority assists Members in promoting their gas systems, including
the administration of the Subscribed Sales Force Program.

Financing
The Gas Authority assists Members in financing special capital expansion
projects for their gas systems.
Training
& Information
The Gas Authority provides group meetings, the Annual Membership Meeting,
the Market Development Conference, the "CityGate News" monthly newsletter,
and co-sponsored technical training.
Risk
Management Assistance
The Gas Authority offers full, winter-month hedging programs as well as
individual programs to stabilize fluctuating supply prices.
